Raspberry Ketone Side Effects

Are There Negative Side Effects?

As far as we know as of this writing, there are no known side effects, unless you have an allergy to red raspberries. But it should be noted that more research is needed before anyone can categorically state that no negative side effects are possible. Raspberry Ketones are a natural plant extract that have no known health hazards at this point in time.

In general, there are minor negative side effects that can come with changes in diet, dieting and weight loss including headaches, insomnia and dizziness.

Do NOT use Raspberry Ketone if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a pre-existing condition, or suffer from a seizure disorder. If you take anti-depressants, consult your doctor before using this or any supplement.

Since there are no scientific studies carried out regarding this supplement, and especially if you have special medical circumstances, you should consult a licensed physician before taking this supplement or any supplement. We recommend that you speak to your doctor before beginning any supplement, diet, or exercise plan.

  1. Raspberry Ketone can help disappear Fatty lumps??

  2. I have just started taking these tablets and have lost 8lb in the first week but have suffered severe headaches is this a normal side effect

  3. NO!! If you have severe headaches you should stop taking them!! And or go to your doctor!!

  4. I have just purchased the capsules today. Will let you guys know next Friday if I’ve lost any weight. I’m drinking lots of water with it so I’m keeping my fingers crossed!

  5. Started taking Raspberry Ketone Max May 2nd. As for me, I’ve noticed a few side effects but that could be from so much caffeine in them. (The bottle says the recommended dose of 2 capsules has as much caffeine as three cups of coffee.) I’ve experienced nausea and a lot of jitteriness. I think it might just take some getting used to since I normally don’t have that much caffeine on a daily basis. It’s only been a few days so no significant weight loss yet, but my appetite has decreased. I’m not getting as many cravings since I started taking them which was a big issue for me lately. Hopefully the raspberry ketones work out for me!
