The Raspberry Ketone Diet?
Well, there is no such thing.
But it certainly would not be a bad idea to improve ones eating habits while taking a supplement with the goal of losing weight. Doing things like reducing your intake of bad carbohydrates such as breads, pastas etc. are very important. And, reducing your alcohol consumption and sugars (including fructose!) are extremely important too.
And if you are able, getting more active will, of course, help.
These things are all part of an essential mix that can help to lose weight, feel better, look better and probably be much healthier. But… raspberry ketone is not a diet. Remember though, improving eating habits and exercising more, will improve results.
